Zurda Agency (An agency we used to work for) had just opened its doors when we received a global brief from Burger King, a brand we had always dreamed of working with. It was a pitch involving some amazing agencies, and from an endless list of ideas, only one was going to be chosen.During a conversation, we remembered how, when we were kids, we used to draw flames on everything because it instantly made things look cooler. A car with flames painted on it, flames shooting out of the exhaust, and a trail of fire behind it when it went really fast was obviously much better than just a car. A whale shooting water is clearly inferior to a whale shooting fire. (R.I.P. to that storyboard frame that didn’t make the cut.)That four year old logic led us to a simple thought: Fire makes everything more epic.
